Cherri follows a gay choreographer who leads a plus-size ballet troupe at a Havana weight clinic while lovingly caring for his disabled husband. When he meets Tim, a young security guard, Cherri is drawn into a passionate romance that awakens desire, challenges boundaries, and celebrates the freedom to embrace life’s unexpected second chances.
This moving story is a celebration of body positivity, LGBTQ+ love, caregiving, and self-expression. We love this film and are excited to share it with U.S. audiences.
